Talk about a third leg amirite? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

ZeTrystan responds:

Oooooooh

This is really cool! Danny Phantom used to be one of my favorite shows, and It'd be cool to see you draw more characters from the series, like some of the other ghost girls? Also quick question how'd you get that glow effect with her hair? It looks amazing!

BONESofBURIED responds:

yeah that's a future possibility. Anyway, for the glow I used a very saturated mint green beside with a white airbrush. A saturated color and a soft airbrush make for good effects

WOW. Just. Wow. You make such amazing art, how do you make that glitter effect though? You seem to use it a lot in your other work.

doublemaximus responds:

Thank you! I actually use a speckle or "star" brush to get the scattered glitter effect :D

Wow... I wish I could draw anywhere NEAR as good as you when it comes to scenery such as this. Keep up the great work!

HappytoDraw responds:

Thanks! Happy to hear you like the painting.

All of these so far have been amazing, can't wait to see Chimchar! (And if you continue, oshawatt, fennekin, and popplio <.<. not a pokephile but I like your human interpretations. >.>)

Mojabrantes responds:

I planned to do it until the 7th gen :3

Hm, might check this out for slightly obvious reasons... reasons that I won't say but can probably be guessed.

BONESofBURIED responds:

Haha, it's a cool show, but it is by no means a fan-service extravaganza.

Wait. Wait. So he's a violent sociopath. So the left eye is gonna be a silent, slick assassin?

ZeTrystan responds:

Who knows! Maybe! Or maybe both are the same. :>

So like, they're murderers? Hitmen? but hey regardless 10/10 they blink

ZeTrystan responds:

Murderers-hitmen. I hope.

And thanks!

All of your art is just so amazing! Wish I could even begin to draw girl and other things half as good as you. If you don't mind me asking what program do you use? How'd you learn? Where do you get inspiration from? refer to for anatomy? Again your art is so amazing. But hey, I get it if you don't want to give away your secrets.

BONESofBURIED responds:

First of all thank you and holding back secrets is whack. Anyway, I use Photoshop Cs4 for my art, but there are cheaper and newer drawing options available. I studied at and graduated from CSUN, but learned most of my illustration and color skills after school on my own (Youtube color tutorials were a huge help). I pull inspiration from where ever. If I see a dope picture try and identify what I like about it, then save it in a reference folder. And I try slightly differently styles from time to time to keep me sharp.

Some of my favorite artists are: DeviantART artist Gao23, Ahmed Aldoori, Johannathemad, Godmachine, Grinddesign, Art Germ, Oscar Martin, And Chase Conolly. As for anatomy I actually memorized most of the superficial anatomy, which helps a great deal because understanding the function of a given muscle makes it easier for me to place it when drawing. In order to practice your anatomy drawing skills I would recommend doing timed sketches. If you can't access a live figure drawing class you can use a site like line-of-action(dot)com . In practice favor short full body gesture sketches over focused detailed drawings. Do this consistently for sessions than span a few hours and you'll start seeing improvements over the weeks. If you got anymore questions, just PM me

1/10 no actual blinking.

Just kidding 11/10 amazing art, but was he involved with something including the blue one?

ZeTrystan responds:

They are both brothers!
(haha, and yeah. was a little bit more lazy with this one, so no blink!)

I am a developing artist that hopes to one day become an animator of great skill
